Do you read Substack writers of fantasy and fiction? Do you promote them in the same way you would print, or audio books? The fact that you say you're delving deep into Sci-Fi and Fantasy has me asking myself if it's possible for my own writing to be discovered one day and promoted by another Substack page. Maybe you can look at my page if you want to read a fantasy novel done as a serial? A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO TIME TRAVEL.

"Do you read Substack writers of fantasy and fiction?" → I haven't done much of that, no. I'm open to it, I just haven't had the time to explore that particular realm of Substack.

Happy to take a look at your work in the coming weeks and months, though!

Do you have a particular criteria for your ratings or is it just the "vibe" once the book is done? I've been maintaining my own spreadsheet and doing ratings on GoodReads but it's all very haphazard.

Great question! I don't have any criteria at all. :) It's very much a vibe thing. And sometimes weeks or months later, I'll change a rating based on how it's stuck with me. No reason to be real dogmatic about it, IMO.

Oh gosh, this makes me feel like a weirdo - I REALLY enjoyed Bill's My Life, doorstopper that it was.

Thanks sharing Jeremy! The shared audio reminds me of listening to ‘The Last Castle’ by Denise Kiernan with my wife on one of our very rare kid free vacations to visit The Biltmore in NC.
