I love John Boyne and loved Ladder to the Sky - but Heart's Invisible Furies is, to me, his masterpiece. Bummer about Amazon, but I've become a Bookshop fanboy, so good on you for returning back to them.

Oh interesting! Did you appeal? Any idea what set it off?
Appealed repeatedly. Tried everything. I reapply every so often and immediately get booted again. The whole system is totally FUBAR.
